One of the earliest goals established by LSI was to deliver high quality document management and Right of Way acquisition services. Since then, LSI has expanded services to include Permitting, Construction Management, Valuation/Appraisal specific to Fair Market Valuation and Eminent Domain, Right of Entry, Acquisition, Land Development, Environmental Inspection, and Construction Compliance and Monitoring for first and third parties.

LSI is a national consulting firm with expertise in all aspects of project development and construction.
